The Peach House is a newly opened restaurant, situated in the former location of the Red Door. Owned by the same individuals behind Revival, it’s a charming spot close to Lake Morton and the Polk Museum of Art, perfect for a romantic evening out. Currently, there’s one vegan option available: a pan-fried sandwich featuring cucumbers, tomatoes, avocados, and tahini, which is very delicious. The salad on the menu comes with a feta dressing and toppings of cheese and meat; I do not believe it can be modified vegan. Additionally, there’s a vegetable hummus and whipped ricotta plate that can be requested without the ricotta, though this alters half of the dish. While it may not be highly vegan-friendly overall, the vegan option is very good.
