The squash tacos are still on the menu! There is also a sushi style rice bowl which appears mostly vegan but also is suggested to have meat added to it – so it probably is not very filling.

Cob & Pen has a new vegan butternut squash taco on the menu. I look forward to trying it if I ever have to go here for a meal.

If you’re on the hunt for a new vegan option in Lakeland, Cob & Pen has something you might want to try: their Mushroom Flatbread with vegan cheese. While the Buddha bowl and falafel wrap are no longer on the menu, this flatbread could be a good option if you are meeting someone here.
